Release of Liability Agreement
The Release of Liability Agreement is for registrants and visitors of Candlelight Learning Center (CLC) to inform the aforementioned of the release of liability for CLC from any legal obligations for any reason including, but not limited to, suing or any claims of loss, damage, or injury from a registrant or visitor. This agreement is thereupon binding for registrants or visitors to CLC.

Property Agreement
The services and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and all intellectual property rights related are the exclusive property of Candlelight Learning Center. The subscriber or user agrees not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works thereof.

Print and Digital Agreement
Candlelight Learning Center maintains strict standards for the quality of educational services. Specifically, print, digital, or online resources may be subject to changes or updates to meet these standards.
